The Importance of Maintenance

Performing regular maintenance will keep ClearWater Tech ozone systems operating at peak efficiency and will prevent most issues that may cause downtime. ClearWater Tech recommends all of our systems have preventative maintenance performed annually.

Signs that a system requires maintenance:

  • Reduced ozone output
  • Reduced airflow and vacuum readings
  • The system’s blue and white indicating media have changed color

A quick rundown of what maintenance entails*:

Ozone Generator:

  • Filter replacement
  • Check valve replacement
  • Fuse replacement
  • Reaction chamber inspection/cleaning
  • Reaction chamber o-ring replacement
