Who Will Service My System?

ClearWater Tech ozone generators are manufactured to be user serviceable. The information below provides you with several maintenance options.

Available Service Options

  • Contact the dealer that sold you the system – Your dealer will be able to service the unit or provide with a good service option.
  • Find a dealer nearest you who can service your equipment – You can use the dealer map link below to find a dealer nearest you, or call us at  1 (805) 546-2302 and we can help you find a dealer.
  • Service the unit yourself – All of our systems have maintenance kits available that are specific to your ozone generator. To purchase a maintenance kit, use the dealer map link below to find a dealer nearest you, or call us at  1 (805) 546-2302 and we can help you find a dealer.

Note: Information that will be required when you call will be the model number, serial number and rough age of your unit. For more on what to know before you call in, please visit our previous blog post.

  • Send in the ozone generator to ClearWater Tech for service – You will need to call in to ClearWater Tech to get a Return Authorization Number before sending your system in for repair.
